As a publisher you can run your own ads through the Strossle widget. We call them House Ads.
House Ads are created through Marketplace and as long as you have at least one House Ad enabled widget on your website, the House Ads option will be available when you create a new campaign:
House Ads are targeted to your own widgets only. If you want to reach placements on other websites than your own you should set up a regular campaign instead. The main difference between regular ads and House Ads is that you keep all the revenue from your House Ads while revenue from regular ads are shared between you as a publisher and Strossle.
